1. Operator and agreement

TIEM Studios is operated by Cel Media LLC. A website visit, message or audit request does not create a paid management engagement. Paid management requires a separate agreement setting out the scope and commercial terms.

2. Who the offer is for

Services are for creators aged 18+ averaging at least $5,000 monthly dashboard net across all subscription platforms combined over the last three full calendar months, after platform fees and before agency commission. Instagram must be the main source of new fans.

Meeting the screening requirements does not guarantee acceptance into management.

3. Free audit

Marcel conducts every audit call. It is free and carries no obligation, lasts as long as needed, and includes the conversation and a written summary. Marcel commits to replying personally within 24 hours, seven days a week; this is not a promise that the full audit is completed in that period.

4. Collaboration

TIEM's stated commitments include 24/7 fan-conversation coverage through shifts with absence cover, overview and supervision, and weekly figures. Marcel sets strategy with each creator and is the direct WhatsApp contact.

Creators grant the logins for the agreed work, typically to the subscription platform and Instagram. TIEM uses only the access they allow, and nothing is registered in TIEM's name. Content is restructured on both platforms in the first weeks. Accounts and content remain the creator's throughout.

Boundaries, tone and prices are defined together at onboarding. TIEM works within those limits without a per-post approval queue. Creators can change the limits at any time; everything stops when they say stop.

5. Commission and cancellation

TIEM charges 50% of OnlyFans net revenue after platform fees, with no upfront payment, setup charge or monthly retainer. TIEM covers the additional costs of the agreed management work and agreed content trips, including hotels and stays. Every platform payout goes to the creator's own account, never through TIEM. TIEM's commission is settled afterwards from figures the creator can see herself. Commission is settled every two weeks and transferred to TIEM by the creator. The separate agreement records the scope and settlement dates.

Chargebacks and refunds are deducted from the settlement period in which they occur. TIEM never keeps commission on revenue the creator did not receive.

Either party may terminate on seven days' notice in text form. The public offer has no minimum engagement period, exit fee or cancellation penalty. Email notice can be sent to info@tiemstudios.com.

On cancellation, TIEM deletes its access and asks the creator to change every credential herself. Content and accounts stay hers throughout.

6. Individual results

Rhian's case contains published dashboard snapshots used with permission. Their gross/net labels and periods are reproduced as shown. They do not show creator take-home after every cost, establish TIEM as the sole cause of results or predict another account's income.

TIEM does not guarantee earnings, a particular growth rate or acceptance into management.

7. Applications and privacy

Submitting an audit request asks TIEM to review the information and contact you. The privacy policy explains the Typeform form and website data handling. This site has no advertising or analytics tags.
