Not the right moment. We work with creators who are already at $1,000 a month, with Instagram as their engine. Below that, there isn't enough to work with yet — and we'd rather say so now than after a call. If that changes, come back.

Your growth audit is free and carries no obligation. The call lasts as long as it takes, and you receive the conversation and a written summary.
You receive a personal reply within 24 hours, seven days a week.

Fansly management is part of our current offer for every creator. We publish the same content on OnlyFans and Fansly and cover fan conversations on both. Custom or platform-specific content is added when needed.

We coordinate what content is needed and when you are available. A shared calendar makes everyone's schedule visible, so the plan can work around the time you have.
Content moves back and forth through Telegram, with Google Drive as a fallback when Telegram is not working.

Every creator has a weekly call. We talk through your numbers, current problems and the outlook, then how you are doing. We choose a conversation instead of a written weekly report because a report cannot ask how you are.
Your own platform dashboard is the source of truth. You see your figures directly in your own account. TIEM never holds them behind an agency report or a separate dashboard; you do not have to wait for us to send them to you.

Plan the setting around the content.
When the content plan calls for it, TIEM plans, books and pays for agreed content trips, including accommodation and travel. We organise the trip around the content you want to make.

So we quite often will book different like hotels, Airbnbs and travel as well. So he is very happy to help with funding those things and making sure that we can get good content while we are here which is absolutely amazing.
Support beyond the subscription page.
We also edit content for your other channels, such as YouTube. That work sits alongside the ideas, shooting plans and feedback that support your content.

Keep the final say.
At onboarding, we define your boundaries together: what you do and don't do, your tone and your prices. The team works within those limits without a per-post approval queue. No waiting on approvals, no surprises inside the limits you set.
You can change your boundaries at any time. When you say stop, everything stops.

ONLYFANS & FANSLY MANAGEMENT FEES
50% of net on OnlyFans and Fansly.
The rule: 50% of net on OnlyFans and Fansly after platform fees, chargebacks and refunds. TIEM covers accommodation and travel for content trips, equipment and bank transfer fees.
Excluded: No commission on deducted fees or returned revenue; your taxes are separate.
The detail: Settlement and covered costs, then a calculator using your own assumptions.
TIEM's commission is 50% of net revenue after platform fees on both OnlyFans and Fansly. TIEM covers accommodation and travel for content trips, equipment and bank transfer fees. There is no upfront payment, setup fee or monthly retainer.
Every platform payout goes directly to your own account. TIEM never receives or holds your revenue and cannot change the payout destination. We invoice our commission afterwards from figures you see in your own platform dashboard. Settlement is every two weeks, and you transfer TIEM's share to us.
Chargebacks and refunds are deducted from the settlement period in which they occur. TIEM never keeps commission on revenue the creator did not receive.
The work and its costs.
TIEM covers accommodation and travel for content trips, equipment and bank transfer fees. These costs are included in the 50% arrangement. We agree the content plan and scope before work begins.

Is management worth the share?
TIEM only makes financial sense if the growth covers the split. That is exactly what the audit call is for: examining what would need to change, what work you would hand over and whether the numbers make sense for you. At unchanged net revenue, you keep less with TIEM.

Seven days' notice.
Your content stays yours.
Either party may end the collaboration on seven days' notice in text form. Our offer has no minimum engagement term, exit fee or cancellation penalty. Notice can be sent to info@tiemstudios.com.
On cancellation, TIEM removes its own access immediately, on the same day, and asks you to change every credential yourself. Your content and accounts stay yours throughout.
Any remaining work or amounts due are addressed under the agreement.

You remain responsible for your content and boundaries. Your content work and the tasks TIEM will take on should be clear before the collaboration begins.
Are the published results guaranteed?
No. Rhian's case is an individual example. The screenshots have different reporting periods and do not establish what another creator will earn.
Does the free audit commit me to management?
