For creators with an existing business.

TIEM is for creators aged 18+ who average at least $5,000 a month over the last three full calendar months, across all subscription platforms combined. We mean the dashboard net figure after platform fees and before agency commission.

Instagram must be your main source of new fans. These requirements set the starting point for the fit conversation.

If you are still building that foundation, or want to retain all management tasks yourself, our current offer may not be the right fit.

Your audit is with Marcel.

Marcel conducts every growth audit. It is free and carries no obligation. The call lasts as long as it takes, and you receive the conversation and a written summary.

Marcel replies personally within 24 hours, seven days a week.

The discussion is a chance to explore your situation and the proposed collaboration. A request or audit call does not itself start paid management.

The first weeks.

You grant access to the accounts we agree to work on, typically your subscription platform and Instagram. We use only the access you allow. In the first weeks, we restructure content on both platforms.

We agree the direction and the work you want to hand over before management begins.

Rhian's case follows the first areas of work on her account: strategy, fan conversations, backend and marketing setup.

What we take responsibility for.

01 /

Personal direction

Marcel is involved day to day, sets strategy with each creator and is the direct WhatsApp contact.

02 /

Fan conversations

We cover fan conversations 24/7 through shifts, with cover for absences. Explore fan management.

03 /

Supervision and figures

We provide overview and supervision of the work, and weekly figures.

04 /

Your content and boundaries

You retain content ownership and control of your boundaries. Strategy, pricing and voice remain matters to agree with you.

Additional-platform work

Rhian's second subscription platform is Fansly. The same content is published on both, with rare custom content or platform-specific posts when needed.

See the Fansly snapshot and context.

A clear way to keep the work moving.

We use WhatsApp to coordinate what content is needed and when you are available. A shared calendar makes everyone's schedule visible, so the plan can work around the time you have.

Content moves back and forth through Telegram, with Google Drive as a fallback when Telegram is not working. Marcel remains your direct contact for questions, ideas and changes.

Content trips and editing
for your other channels.

Plan the setting around the content.

When the content plan calls for it, TIEM plans, books and pays for agreed content trips, including hotels and stays. We organise the trip around the content you want to make.

In Rhian's experience:

So we quite often will book different like hotels, Airbnbs and travel as well. So he is very happy to help with funding those things and making sure that we can get good content while we are here which is absolutely amazing.

Support beyond the subscription page.

We also edit content for your other channels, such as YouTube. That work sits alongside the ideas, shooting plans and feedback that support your content.

Rhian's YouTube channel is one example:

I also run my own YouTube channel which he also helps with the editing side of things for that as well, which has taken a massive load off my chest

WHO CONTROLS WHAT

Set your limits.
Keep the final say.

At onboarding, we define your boundaries together: what you do and don't do, your tone and your prices. The team works within those limits without a per-post approval queue. No waiting on approvals, no surprises inside the limits you set.

You can change your boundaries at any time. When you say stop, everything stops. Marcel is your direct WhatsApp contact throughout the collaboration.

On a small screen, swipe sideways to see all columns. With a keyboard, focus the table and use the arrow keys.

ONLYFANS MANAGEMENT FEES

50% of your OnlyFans net revenue.

The rule: 50% of OnlyFans net after platform fees, chargebacks and refunds.

Excluded: No commission on deducted fees or returned revenue; your taxes are separate.

The detail: Settlement and covered costs, then a calculator using your own assumptions.

TIEM's commission is 50% of your OnlyFans net revenue after platform fees. There is no upfront payment, setup fee or monthly retainer.

OnlyFans pays into your own account. Every two weeks, we settle the commission using figures you can see in your dashboard, and you transfer TIEM's share to us. Platform payouts never pass through TIEM.

Chargebacks and refunds are deducted from the settlement period in which they occur. TIEM never keeps commission on revenue the creator did not receive.

The work and its costs.

TIEM covers the additional costs of the agreed management work and the content trips we plan together, including hotels and stays. That support is part of the 50% arrangement. We agree the content plan and scope before work begins.

YOUR NUMBERS / A LOCAL CALCULATION

What would you keep?

Compare one hypothetical month on OnlyFans. Change the inputs to explore the split. Nothing you enter here is saved, sent to TIEM or added to the audit form.

Both columns use the same platform fee and the same dollar amount of chargebacks/refunds. Only the TIEM column applies your hypothetical revenue change. All money is in US dollars. TIEM's published commission stays fixed at 50% of the net after these deductions.

Managing yourself

$8,000.00

Kept before tax and other creator costs

Gross
$10,000.00
Platform fee
−$2,000.00
Chargebacks / refunds
−$0.00
Agency commission
$0.00

With TIEM

$4,000.00

Kept before tax and other creator costs

Hypothetical gross
$10,000.00
Platform fee
−$2,000.00
Chargebacks / refunds
−$0.00
TIEM commission
−$4,000.00

With these inputs, you keep $4,000.00 less with TIEM.

With these assumptions, approximately $20,000.00 in monthly gross with TIEM would match the money you keep managing yourself.

Time freed up: add your own estimate above.

Try three hypothetical inputs.

These are examples, not forecasts. Each button changes only the growth input above. Edit it, or any other input, to explore your own scenario.

Calculation: gross × (1 − platform fee %) − chargebacks/refunds = net. TIEM receives 50% of that net; you keep the rest. Values are rounded to cents for this illustration, not a settlement statement. This tool uses one month; actual commission is settled every two weeks. Taxes and other creator costs are excluded from both columns, and time is not assigned a monetary value.

Is management worth the share?

TIEM only makes financial sense if the growth covers the split. That is exactly what the audit call is for: examining what would need to change, what work you would hand over and whether the numbers make sense for you. At unchanged net revenue, you keep less with TIEM.

Rhian's published dashboard net is before agency commission. Her case does not establish your future income or your likely return on management. See Rhian's period totals and calculation.

The agreement records the scope, included costs, this refund and chargeback rule, and settlement dates. Use the same questions with every agency.

Seven days' notice.
Your content stays yours.

Either party may end the collaboration on seven days' notice in text form. Our offer has no minimum engagement term, exit fee or cancellation penalty. Notice can be sent to info@tiemstudios.com.

On cancellation, TIEM deletes its access and asks you to change every credential yourself. Your content and accounts stay yours throughout.

Any remaining work or amounts due are addressed under the agreement.

Questions worth settling together.

Who will I speak to?

Marcel conducts every audit call, sets strategy with each creator and is the direct WhatsApp contact. The fan-conversation team works in shifts.

What do I still need to do?

You remain responsible for your content and boundaries. Your content work and the tasks TIEM will take on should be clear before the collaboration begins.

Are the published results guaranteed?

No. Rhian's case is an individual example. The screenshots have different reporting periods and do not establish what another creator will earn.

Does the free audit commit me to management?

No. The audit is free and carries no obligation. Paid management requires a separate agreement.
