Build on the audience you already have.
TIEM works with established creators whose main source of new fans is Instagram. Social growth connects that audience with the subscription business behind it: what you create, how you present it and how you plan the next round of content.
Our management offer is for creators aged 18+ averaging at least $5,000 per month over the last three full calendar months, across all subscription platforms combined. Use your dashboard net figure after platform fees and before agency commission.
Turn a direction into content you can work with.
Personal strategy
Marcel sets the strategy with you. Your audience, content boundaries and priorities shape the direction.
Shooting plans and calendars
We support your content production with shooting plans, calendars and priorities for future material. You have a clearer picture of what to create next.
Feedback on your content
We give feedback and help organise the next pieces of content around the agreed plan.
Daily social growth work
We work across Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit, choosing channels to suit the audience. Your plan sets the relevant channel mix.
The first weeks, then the ongoing work.
You grant access for the agreed work, typically to your subscription platform and Instagram. We use only the access you allow, and nothing is registered in TIEM's name. In the first weeks, we restructure content on both platforms and put the agreed strategy into practice.
From there, the work combines content planning, feedback and social growth activity. Marcel stays involved day to day and is your direct WhatsApp contact. You receive weekly figures alongside our overview and supervision of the work.

Content trips and editing
for your other channels.
Plan the setting around the content.
When the content plan calls for it, TIEM plans, books and pays for agreed content trips, including hotels and stays. We organise the trip around the content you want to make.
In Rhian's experience:
So we quite often will book different like hotels, Airbnbs and travel as well. So he is very happy to help with funding those things and making sure that we can get good content while we are here which is absolutely amazing.
Support beyond the subscription page.
We also edit content for your other channels, such as YouTube. That work sits alongside the ideas, shooting plans and feedback that support your content.
Rhian's YouTube channel is one example:
I also run my own YouTube channel which he also helps with the editing side of things for that as well, which has taken a massive load off my chest
Give each shoot a clear purpose.
A shooting plan should help you decide what to create with the time you have. At TIEM, strategy, calendars, shooting priorities and feedback support that work; you remain the creator.
DRAFT PLANNING EXAMPLE
One shoot, one clear question.
An illustrative template, newly drafted for you to adapt to your next content discussion.
- The question
- Does this content give the right audience a reason to visit your profile?
- The brief
- Choose one idea that fits your voice, the shots needed to tell it, the format and the boundaries. List the material you need before booking a setting.
- The plan
- Put the shoot in the shared calendar around your availability. Separate the content to capture from the edits needed for each agreed channel.
- The feedback
- Look at whether the opening is clear, the content fits your direction and the next step makes sense. Use that discussion to shape the next piece.
WhatsApp keeps the plan moving; the shared calendar makes availability visible. Content is shared through Telegram, with Drive as a fallback. See the day-to-day setup.
Follow the audience beyond the view count.
More reach is useful when it brings people who want what you create. To understand that journey, look at each step over the same dates instead of treating views as new subscribers.
Reach
How many accounts saw the content? Keep reach separate from repeat views.
Profile visits
Did people take an interest in you beyond the individual post?
Link clicks
Did they take the next step towards your subscription page?
New paid subscriptions
What did the subscription dashboard record in that period?
Use this framework as a starting point for agreeing what to measure on your account. Platform totals alone do not prove which post caused a subscription: dates, available link attribution and other traffic sources all matter.
Our commitment is to weekly figures. Agree which figures and sources will be useful for your account before the work starts. Then compare revenue after management fees as well as audience growth.
You bring the content and the direction.
You create the material. At onboarding, we define your boundaries, tone and prices together. TIEM works within those limits without a per-post approval queue, so the work can move without waiting on individual approvals. You can change the limits at any time; when you say stop, everything stops. Your content and accounts stay yours throughout.
If your main pressure is keeping up with subscribers, pair this with fan management. That page explains the conversation coverage, creator direction and ongoing contact.
How this fits Rhian's case.
TIEM began managing Rhian on 5 November 2024. Strategy, marketing setup, backend work and fan conversations were the first areas of change.
Her setup also uses the same content library on OnlyFans and Fansly, with occasional custom or platform-specific posts when needed. Read her story and see the figures.
Bring your business to the first conversation.
Your free audit is a conversation with Marcel about your situation and a possible collaboration. The call lasts as long as it takes, and you receive a written summary.
OnlyFans management costs 50% of net revenue after platform fees, with no upfront payment, setup fee or monthly retainer.
Chargebacks and refunds are deducted from the settlement period in which they occur. TIEM never keeps commission on revenue the creator did not receive. Read how fees and the agreement work.
