WHERE SHE STARTED

A business that filled the day.

When Rhian first became a creator, she handled the social media and the fan conversations herself. There was always another part of the job to do. The hours were long, and the routine was exhausting.

Management felt like a big decision. Handing over part of her income would only make sense if the help was worth it.

I was very hesitant at the beginning to look for management because I was really concerned about the amount of money they would take from me and whether the amount of money they took from me would make me even more money or not

Rhian Marie · 00:38–00:51

She had already tried two agencies.

Rhian was ambitious about where she wanted to take her business. Her first two agency relationships helped to a degree, but neither got her to the numbers she wanted.

I have been with two agencies before this one who they did work semi-well but they just didn't get me the numbers that I was looking for.

Rhian Marie · 00:53–01:04

Then she found Marcel. This time, the conversation started with her goals and the way she wanted to work.

5 NOVEMBER 2024 / THE COLLABORATION BEGINS

Start with the creator.

On the first video call, Rhian and Marcel talked about her social channels, where she wanted to take them, her niche and her expectations. Her boundaries were part of that conversation from the beginning.

We had a video call to discuss where my socials are at now and where I want them to be and discussing what niche I am in and my expectations and boundaries when it comes to making the adult content.

Rhian Marie · 01:55–02:08

In the first weeks, the work covered strategy, fan conversations, backend work and marketing setup. Marcel helped her develop content ideas and work across her channels. Rhian kept creating; the management work around her content came together.

That support also reaches her other channels and content trips. See how TIEM handles content planning, trips and editing.

Her account. Her face.
Her boundaries.

For Rhian, being heard is part of the work. Marcel listens to her ideas and respects it when something falls outside her boundaries.

Marcel is very kind and is always open to listening to my ideas and he's also very respectful when I say that something is not within my boundaries.

Rhian Marie · 03:18–03:28

If an idea makes her uncomfortable, they can change it and find another direction.

even if I find it uncomfortable he is happy to change it completely and come up with a new idea.

Rhian Marie · 05:10–05:17

The reason matters: it is her identity and her content going out into the world.

it is your account your profiles and your face body etc going out there so they have to take that into consideration and they do and it's absolutely amazing

Rhian Marie · 07:25–07:37

Read how your accounts, payouts and decisions stay under your control.

Someone to work things through with.

Rhian can call Marcel, send a voice note or ask him to explain an idea again. When something goes wrong, she describes a calm response.

First of all, when there is mistakes made, he is completely calm. He is never upset or angry with me.

Rhian Marie · 04:23–04:29

The same flexibility matters away from the content plan. If she is unwell or something happens in her personal life, they find another way to handle the work so she can recover.

He's never like pressuring me into continuing to work if I'm not very well.

Rhian Marie · 05:45–05:49

LIFE AROUND THE BUSINESS

The work still matters.
So does the rest of her day.

Rhian still creates her content. With support around the planning, channels and conversations, she describes a shorter working day.

I've gone from working 12 hours a day to working up to six to seven hours instead.

Rhian Marie · 02:31–02:39

What she does with that time is simple.

There is less pressure in the way the business runs, and more room for the people and things she enjoys.

my business runs so smoothly because of this agency and I don't feel so much pressure
