You don't have to carry every conversation yourself.

Fan management is the part of TIEM's service that takes on conversations with your subscribers. It sits alongside the content you create and the strategy you agree with Marcel.

The distinction matters when choosing help: social growth works on the audience and content plan; fan management covers the conversations around your subscription business.

Coverage across the day and night.

Our fan-conversation team works in shifts to provide 24/7 coverage, with cover for absences. You can hand over that part of the workload while continuing to create your content.

TIEM has over 50 people, including all chatters across shifts and a mix of employees and contractors, as of September 2026. Meet the people responsible for the service.

The account still has your direction.

At onboarding, we define your boundaries, tone and prices together. The team works within those limits without a per-post approval queue. You can change them at any time; when you say stop, everything stops. Marcel sets strategy with you and stays personally involved day to day.

He is your direct WhatsApp contact for the relationship. If you want to discuss the direction of the account, you have a named person to speak to.

Start by bringing the work together.

You grant the logins we need for the agreed work, typically your subscription platform and Instagram. We use only the access you allow; nothing is registered in TIEM's name. In the first weeks, we restructure content on both platforms as part of the agreed management work.

For Rhian, the first changes covered fan conversations alongside strategy, backend work and marketing setup. Her management began on 5 November 2024. Follow her story and the account figures.

Make the briefing sound like you.

The starting point is a shared understanding of your tone, prices and boundaries. Rhian describes discussing her goals, niche and boundaries on the first call. Hear what that conversation covered.

PREPARATION WORKSHEET

Four things to bring to the conversation.

A newly drafted worksheet to help you prepare for your audit.

Your voice
Bring a few messages that sound like you, with private fan details removed. Note words you use naturally and ones you would never use.
Your boundaries
List content and requests you are comfortable with, anything you rule out, and topics you want to discuss before deciding.
Your prices
Bring your current prices and any limits you want respected. Agree the direction with Marcel before the team starts.
Your current workload
Describe the conversations you want to hand over and the content you will keep creating. Separate what takes time from what you enjoy doing.

Your boundaries can change. Tell Marcel directly; the team must work within the limits you set, and everything stops when you say stop.

Know what happens between shifts.

TIEM commits to shift coverage, absence cover, overview and supervision, and weekly figures. Marcel is the named contact for your strategy and working relationship.

Before you begin, use these questions to make the practical arrangement clear:

  • How will the next shift see the latest boundaries, prices and unfinished conversations?
  • What will be reviewed for tone and accuracy, and who will review it?
  • How should you flag a mistake, and who will explain the next step?
  • Which figures will you receive each week, for which dates and with what explanation?

Use the answers to agree who handles each step and how you will stay informed. Our commitment is to overview, supervision and weekly figures, with Marcel as your direct contact.

Rhian talks about how Marcel responds when mistakes happen. Her experience is a useful example of the working relationship, not a substitute for agreeing your own expectations.

Supervision, weekly figures and personal contact.

We provide overview and supervision of the work and weekly figures. Marcel remains your direct contact, so the collaboration has a clear person responsible for strategy and communication.

Your content and boundaries remain yours. The tasks TIEM takes on are agreed before the engagement. You can review the full working relationship or use our agency selection guide to compare the questions that matter.

Seven days' notice. Your content stays yours.

Our offer has no minimum term or exit fee. Either party can leave on seven days' notice in text form. On cancellation, TIEM deletes its access and asks you to change every credential yourself. Your content and accounts stay yours throughout.

OnlyFans management costs 50% of net revenue after platform fees, with no upfront payment, setup charge or monthly retainer.

Chargebacks and refunds are deducted from the settlement period in which they occur. TIEM never keeps commission on revenue the creator did not receive. See the fee and exit terms.

Bring the workload to the conversation.

Our free audit is for creators aged 18+ who meet the combined-platform revenue and Instagram requirements.
