He conducts every free audit and provides a written summary afterwards. His commitment is to reply personally within 24 hours, seven days a week.

Support across the shifts.
Marcel takes responsibility for strategy and your direct working relationship. The fan-conversation team provides 24/7 coverage in shifts, with cover for absences. TIEM provides overview and supervision of the work, plus weekly figures.
Over 50 people work with TIEM as of September 2026, including all chatters across shifts and a mix of employees and contractors. That is our total team, not the number assigned to one creator or working at the same time.
You bring the content, your voice and your boundaries. We agree the management work around them before you start.

Marcel began managing creators in 2021, when TIEM began as a brand. TIEM Studios is now operated by Cel Media LLC, which was formed later.
The work centres on an established creator's business: fan conversations, content planning and social growth, with a clear person responsible for the relationship.
